Official tourism status information; Peru’s COVID-19 travel protocol 2020 in the face of COVID-19. Biosecurity measures, restrictions, and new travel requirements.
With the start of the economic reactivation phase, which involves tourism without the possibility of contagion, we cannot help but start planning our normal lives; with the return of domestic flights and the upcoming start of international flights from October 1, 2020, it is best to be prepared with the best information to travel by plane or bus.
And because we know that everyone is eager to explore this wonderful country as soon as possible but is nervous about the risk of contagion, below is a brief guide with the additional measures dictated by the WHO (World Health Organization).
While we all already know the preventive measures, which are:

- Use of protective equipment
- Physical distancing
- Always cover your mouth and nose with your forearm when coughing or sneezing
- Wash your hands for 20 seconds to eliminate viruses and bacteria
Travel Protocol for Passengers:
- Mandatory use of masks and face shields.
- Temperature control before going on tours.
- If you present any symptoms related to COVID-19 or physical discomfort, you must contact our staff.
- You must present a sworn statement that you do not exhibit any of the symptoms.
- When going on tours, respect social distancing by maintaining a distance of 1m per person.
