Itinerary
First, to start our Machu Picchu Tour, we will pick you up from your hotel and depart from Cusco very early in the morning. Soon, we will travel by private bus to the “living Inca city” of Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley. Then, we will board our train to Aguas Calientes, surrounded by beautiful landscapes throughout the journey. Therefore, the train journey itself is another great experience. Following the river through the Sacred Valley, you will arrive at Aguas Calientes.
After that, our guide will be there to welcome you and take you directly to the bus station to head to Machu Picchu, “One of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World,” for your guided tour of Machu Picchu. The guided tour will last about 2 hours, during which you will learn about the Incas and visit all the most important areas of the citadel.
Afterward, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where we will board the train back to Ollantaytambo. Then, we will continue by private van to Cusco (our Machu Picchu Tour will end at your hotel).
